3. Legal bases for processing

Below we inform you about the legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, DSGVO) on the basis of which we process personal data:

  • Performance of a contract and pre-contractual requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures (e.g. handling bookings, contact requests).
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): processing to safeguard our legitimate interests (e.g. operation and security of the website, abuse checks).
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): insofar as you have given us your consent to processing (e.g. newsletter, non-essential cookies).
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): processing to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. age verification pursuant to § 184 of the German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch, StGB)).

4. Provision of the website and server log files

When you visit our website, the server automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This information is:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • IP address of the accessing computer (anonymised)
  • Time of the server request

This data cannot be attributed to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. Server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device.

Technically necessary cookies

We use the following technically necessary cookies, which are required for the operation of the website:

  • Age verification (age_verified): stores whether the age confirmation has been given. Duration: 30 days.
  • Customer session (client_session): set after login. Duration: 7 days.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the website).

We do not use any tracking cookies, analytics tools or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the information you provide (name, email address, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your request. This data is not passed on without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Storage period: contact requests are deleted after 6 months.

7. Booking data

When you make a booking via our website, we collect the data required to process the booking: phone number, selected services, date, time and, where applicable, address data for escort bookings.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Storage period: booking data is anonymised or deleted after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

8. SMS verification

To verify your phone number when you make a booking, we send a one-time confirmation code by SMS. Processing is carried out via the service provider SMSTrade GmbH. Only the phone number and the verification code are transmitted.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

9. Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display map material on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When Google Maps is used, data is transmitted to Google servers, including your IP address.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying our location).

10. Customer account

If you create a customer account, we store the data provided during registration (email address, phone number, password in hashed form). You can have your customer account deleted at any time.

You have the following rights vis-a-vis us with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): you can request information about your personal data processed by us.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): you can request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of your data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): you can request the erasure of your data, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): you can request the restriction of the processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): you can request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): you can object at any time to the processing of your data based on legitimate interests.
